For each additional Appetizer item & salad item, add $1.00/person. For Meat & Cheese Tray, add 50 cents/person for each type of meat and/or cheese. For Meal Pricing, see “sample menu” sheet. Remember that all menus are custom-designed for each event, and we will make every effort to work with your budget and your menu ideas to make the perfect event for you.
Additional charges include:
Staffing fee: $100.00 minimum plus $2.00/person for dinners over 50 people; Glass Plate Setting Fee: $2.00/person for glass plate, stainless silverware; Linens: $5.50/linen & 20 cents per linen napkins. Some event sites charge an additional percentage for use of their kitchen facilities.
