Meals range from $16/person for an appetizer buffet, to $20/person for a prime rib dinner. This cost includes:

Meal – usually 8 to 10 items for appetizer buffet
or any two-entrée meal

Bride & Groom Trays, on site, while the bridal
parties are getting dressed

Family Appetizers, during the photo session and
before the ceremony

Non-alcoholic beverages, i.e. iced tea, water,
lemonade punch, coffee

Use of the centerpiece glassware we have available

Plastic embossed plates, or other suitable

disposable plates, cutlery, cups, & paper
napkins for the appetizers, meal, and cake.

Meetings prior to the event, usually two meetings

are needed.

Rebecca’s can do weddings, rehearsal dinners, brunches, anniversary parties, birthday parties, all-day business meetings, holiday parties, open houses, and any event where you need quality food & great service. Additional services/products include:

CHOCOLATE FOUNTAIN: $2.00/person
includes rental of unit, chocolate, all dipping
items, plates, skewers.

APPETIZERS, such as shrimp, bourbon chicken,
etc. may cost extra.

WEDDING CAKES are available at
$2.00/serving with catering

STAFFING is a minimum of $100 for 50 guests.
$70 for each staff member needed for any event
over 50 p.

LINENS are available for $5.50/linen from
ALSCO

CREAM CHEESE MINTS are available in a
variety of shapes & colors

INVITATIONS from StylArt – all items in their
catalog are discounted 25%.

BOTTLED WATER IN ICE & GALVANIZED
TUB are provided in summer for a small fee

Wedding cakes are available with catering for $2.25/person or $2.50/person without catering. This includes delivery & set-up to the Boise area. Fresh florals are available for the actual cost of the florals.

A non-refundable deposit of $400 is required at the time of ordering our services. Balance is due two weeks prior to the event date. Some event sites require an additional fee for the use of their facilities – this fee varies from site to site.

We strive to create a menu for your event that will represent you and your family. We welcome new ideas & recipes, in addition to the ideas presented on the attached list. Two menu items can be substituted with your own recipes. Additional charges may be necessary depending upon the ingredient’s required. With the constant rise in costs for our products, Rebecca’s reserves the right to adjust the cost, if necessary.
